Take a Closer Look!
Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and responded with. "I love you!" ? In a good sense--- this is good to do. You are accepting yourself and loving just you for being you! How much better could life get? Their is so much to look at from the outside. So many different people that have so many ranges of colour, widths and heights, etc. We are a kaleidoscope of people. Thank goodness because life would be uninteresting! If you live in the city look out your window and people watch. The different mannerisms these people carry are learned and inherited, it is amazing! The exciting part is these people have a story all their own. Each and every person should have a chance to tell their story. But first...the most important thing to do before you tell your story is... look in the mirror and say, "I love you!" You have come a long way in this world and deserve to get your story heard. Writing down your story, may make you soar or may make you cry. It might be difficult to type. It might send you away to another place for a moment. The key is that when you tell your story, the realization that you are an important person will be recognized. Look outside at all the people and you fit right in with everybody else. You are part of a human race and the universe. In a big part you are the universe. So go ahead feel like the universe and gain your own power, because I believe you can really love your self! Please feel free to tell your story! You can post it here! or Send it to runningmyspace@gmail.com

Discover If You Have A Wheat Allergy!
If you have heart burn, indigestion problems or simply have an uncomfortable belly bloating. Maybe it would be a good idea to get tested for a wheat intolerance.
Introduction
Wheat allergy, often referred to as "wheat intolerance," "Celiac disease" or "Celiac Sprue" is a somewhat controversial topic. Some people claim that a true allergy to wheat is rare and that the symptoms that we know as wheat allergy symptoms are, instead, an intolerance to wheat proteins. Others claim that this intolerance itself is a wheat allergy. No matter which way you look at it, the bottom line is that many people suffer symptoms after exposure to wheat products. Whether it's an intolerance or an allergy, it's necessary to know what reactions to expect.
Instructions
Difficulty: Moderate
Steps
1
Step One
Familiarize yourself with the mechanism of food allergies. An allergy to food, such as wheat, isn't really an allergy to the food itself, but rather to the protein found in the food. Your body treats this protein as an invading foreign substance and creates antibodies to fight off the invader. This "fight" is what causes allergy symptoms.
2
Step Two
Be versed in the damaging proteins found in wheat. There are a few offending proteins in wheat, that is, those to which people are sensitive. Gluten is the main protein that causes symptoms, but a group of proteins called gliadin can cause allergy symptoms as well.
3
Step Three
Seek immediate medical assistance if you experience difficulty breathing or swallowing after eating wheat. Though rare, this can indicate a case of anaphylactic shock. You should also connect stomach upsets, wheezing, hives and skin rashes that occur after eating a wheat-containing product to a wheat allergy.
4
Step Four
Know that some of the symptoms of wheat allergy are very different than those of other food allergies. It's speculated that a sensitivity to gluten and gliadin causes damage to the intestinal lining, causing difficulty in absorption of nutrients. Other symptoms are significant and can sometimes have lasting effects. They can include: fatigue, anxiety, depression, irritable bowel syndrome, skin rashes, headaches, acne and possibly arthritis.
5
Step Five
Speak to your doctor about the advantages and disadvantages of a gluten-free diet. Once he has confirmed the diagnosis, he may recommend you eliminate all gluten from your diet. This can be a very difficult process since so many foods contain wheat products. Make sure to discuss ways to supplement your nutritive needs.

faces
To start off with... I am fascinated with clouds. Ever since I can remember I have always wondered about them. I draw them, paint them and take fantastic photos of them. I am completely drawn to them. Now you may think this just a little bit strange but I can't help it. I often see faces in the clouds sometimes one face and other times a whole bunch of faces. Some nice and some not so nice. If you look up at them you can find expressions that leave you wondering. I have seen elephants and tigers to birds and lizards to mountains and beautiful landscapes. I love it! I wish everyone did. It really makes me happy.
I will submit some of my photographs and I would like to know what you think?
